Spotted at a local coffee shop. The Nutella Chocolate Chip cookie was excellent.

Jennifer found this interesting specimen in Redwood City. This example is really more like a clef than an ampersand, but I like that you can get birds and flowers all in one place. The sign is a bit faded, but the typography is interesting in it’s own way.

I spotted this ampersand at Harrod’s in London. It’s part of “Abercrombie & Kent”, and I would have taken a better photo, but I was attempting to be sly about it and not get thrown out of the store! Haha 🙂
I thought it was beautiful though, and couldn’t resist it’s shiny reflective surface.
