Arms seem to be a popular place, but why not the back of the neck?

Settling an argument

12.06.09 | Permalink | Comment?

So I know I am just now getting around to answer this email from May, but I think it is important to let people know where I stand.

Okay,

We are having a debate at work (public library) between two forms of ampersand. See the photos. I prefer the classic ampersand. My co-worker uses the other form frequently. We wasted 30 minutes on this and found your blog link on Wikipedia and thought we’d have you judge for us.

Sincerely,
Susan & Meg :)

Option A
Option “A”

Option B /><br /> Option

I think option “A” is appropriate in this instance, because it fits with the typography of the sign. In most other cases, I prefer “B.”
